The Raid!!!!!!!!!

     MAN MOVIE BLOG IS BACK, BRO'S!!!!!!!!!! The movie that inspired me to make an epic return to the world of man movie's and blogging is one bad ass flick from Korea called "The Raid -Redemption-". I had heard many good things about this movie buzzing around the internet and was pumped to see it was showing at a few theaters in Lexington. Pretty much this movie wastes little to no time attempting to develop a weak ass plot and dives straight into all out testosterone packed domination that resulted in a BODY COUNT as high as "Commando". One thing I love about this movie is it didn't insult the audience with those chump ass fight scenes where you cant see shit because they shake the camera so much to compensate for the typical laziness of American action stars not wanting to put in the time and effort to create some amazing hand to hand combat scenes. Every action sequence is a well executed continuous and steady shot scene that has some of the most bad ass martial arts since Tony Jaa movies. I kept thinking after every action sequence that they possibly couldn't top it then the very next scene would blow my mind like Terry Crews in the old spice commercials. Along with the fight scenes there are some serious gun fight scenes to provide a break for your mind in between the mind blowing hand to hand combat scenes.  Literally nothing looked fake in this movie and it delivered for the entire 1 1/2 hr's of action.
